Little Yogis
Little Yogis aims to improve physical, mental & emotional health through movement & storytelling. Intertwining yoga asanas, flow & stretching can improve children’s physical wellbeing by strengthening bones & muscles whilst being low impact on joints. Classes and the introduction of breath can also provide the mental benefit of improving concentration, co-ordination & reduce stress. The use of props such as floor spots, scarves & toys can aims to stimulate creativity & imagination.
